The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) has been established to hear and resolve student concerns and grievances in a fair, impartial, and timely manner. The SGRC is critical as a communication channel between the student body and administration, ensuring that student concerns are heard and attended to properly. The SGRC has been established in accordance with the University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines to protect the rights of the student body and ensure that their institutional environment is supportive of their needs and responsive to their social concerns. It encourages students to discuss their academic, administrative, or personal concerns/problems without fear of repercussion or retribution.

Objective :

• To establish an opportunity for students to express grievances related to academics, infrastructure, examinations, facilities, or any aspect of student life.
• To ensure complaints from students are resolved promptly, fairly, and impartially, through a proper investigation and follow-up.
• To provide a transparent and accountable system for redressing student grievances within an institution.
• To facilitate the creation of positive relationships among students, faculty, and administration through efficacious grievance resolution.
• To encourage student wellness and satisfaction through proactive engagement to assess and remedy potential problems before they develop.
• To provide a healthy educational environment for students who want to feel respected and acknowledged.
